2020 was a difficult year for the whole world, we are here in 2021 yet we continue to fight the grip of the pandemic in our lives. We have altered our living to meet this ever-changing pandemic struggle. Masks, Work from home, and sanitizers are common terms in today’s world. We are all taking precautionary measures on a personal and community level. Yet staying healthy is the only way to fight this virus head-on. Our health is our responsibility.

As we celebrate World Health Day, let us not forget all the brave hearts that lost their lives at the forefront of the Covid battle. These Medical workers put in long and uncomfortable hours wearing the PPE kits to aid those who are ailing. The theme for this year’s World Health Day is to build a fairer, healthier world. We as individuals and communities should focus on getting healthier.

In this blog, we will discuss some superfoods that are easily available in every household and will ensure good immunity during these tough times.

Garlic

Garlic is a superfood and an herb. It has multifold benefits for health if consumed on a regular basis. It is great to cure a common cold and cough. It is used to build immunity.
